MINIMUM ORDER 10
The minimum order is only 10 hoodies for leavers or trips. If your order falls short of the minimum we will provide all customers with a 100% refund and no charges will be incurred for setting up your shop or communications with you etc.
FSM / PP / SEND / BURSARY / IN CARE / KEYWORKERS
If you have any students on free school meals, pupil premium, send, bursary, in care or children of key-workers / 999 services we will provide these students with discounted prices on the prices shown below. Get in touch for more information.
ZERO ADMIN
As all the orders are placed online, our system will arrange all the data for your hoody order, hence you will have no administrative responsibilities, no filling in excel sheets etc. All we require from you is the list of student names, logo and for you to sign off on all artworks, it really is that simple.
LARGE ORDER SPECIALIST
If your year group size / order size is for 400+ students / hoodies or if you have students ordering from different campuses / buildings / locations you will love our service. Our expertise lie in managing the entire supply chain of procuring, producing, packaging, inspecting, labelling & delivering large quantities correctly, so when the delivery arrives all you have to do is hand out the hoodies. We make it that easy.
FIXED PRICE
The prices you see by each of the hoody styles below is the only price you pay whether you order 10 hoodies or 1000 hoodies. This gives you total peace of mind as you do not have to commit to a sliding price scale. See the visual below of what’s included.
PAY & ORDER ONLINE
Once you tell us which hoody styles you want from the below gallery, we will create your individual online shop which only your students can access and from here your students can choose the style, size and colour they want & they can also opt to purchase a nickname if they want.
RE-ORDER
Once you receive your first order of leavers / trip hoodies, if other students want to place an order you can do so with all the same artworks and arrangements and for the same price as long as you meet the minimum order requirement of 10 hoodies as.
ANY STYLE, COLOUR & SIZE
Every single student can choose to order their own hoody style, colour and size as per the range and prices below which includes everything described in the what’s included visual below. You decide which hoodies you want included in your online shop.
8AM - 8PM CUSTOMER SERVICE
If any staff, parents or students have any questions or require assistance in placing an order or have any queries we are available to speak on the phone or via e-mail from 8AM to 8PM as we understand you are busy during office / school hours.

What styles and sizes of yearbook do you offer?

An A4 perfect bound yearbook is a soft cover book, which is glued from the left had side to piece it all together. The covers and inside of the book are printed in full color. The A4 paper hardback book has a hard front and rear cover and has a paper “wrap” around which means the covers and inside of the book are printed in full color. The A4 cloth hardback & leather hardback book has a hard front and rear cover and is Wrapped in a cloth or faux leather “wrap” and comes in a blue, green, black and red cover and the front of the book is decorated with your logo and school name in a foil finish
How do you work out the price of a yearbook?
Wee keep the pricing simple. Whether you order the minimum order of 50 yearbooks or 400 and whether you choose to have 48 pages or 100 pages the price remains fixed. The price only changes when you change yearbook styles eg perfect bound or hardback yearbooks. We believe our price structure gives you far more peace of mind from day one and transparency.
Do you use an online system to create yearbooks?
No. We manually create every single schools yearbooks.
Are there any other prices to consider?
Only if you wanted special finishes or additional packaging we would first provide you with a quote, otherwise no, the only price you have to consider is the price you see above.
