Terms of Service

Order Totals:

Phantom Candy uses the 'Order CSV' when processing order totals. The ‘Order CSV' that show everyone's names and their order are for the customers reference only. If you have any queries regarding this please contact us prior to placing your final order.

Artwork:

It is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins. Customers providing logos, names or specific artwork confirm that any materials supplied do not infringe any UK laws. The customer confirms that any logos supplied are done so with the full knowledge and permission of any parties with proprietary or trademark rights and that any personal names are supplied with full consent of the persons named (or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16).

Changes to Artwork:

Any changes to artwork MUST be brought to our attention prior to artwork being approved. Any changes requested after the artwork has been approved may not be possible or may incur further costs. We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.

Pricing:

Phantom Candy reserves the right to change prices and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted inclusive of delivery. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery:

Delivery will normally be made within 16–25 working days from signing off on the order. Phantom Candy can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control.

Force Majeure:

Phantom Candy is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond it’s control.

Shortfalls / Quality Issues:

Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Washing Instructions:

All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by us must be strictly complied with.

Payment:

Unless with prior agreement from us payment is to be made in full at the time of placing the order.

Title:

The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Phantom Candy.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. Any / all artwork or set-up costs incurred prior to the notification of cancellation will be charged in full. Any garments which have already been processed will be charged in full.

Any cancellation of a Yearbook order must be confirmed in writing to us prior to us creating / populating the Yearbook design, once we have begun work on your Yearbook we will require the full amount to be paid, the quoted price of the yearbook multiplied by the total number of books ordered.

Copyright:

This website incurs Copyright Protection of all intellectual property including images, designs, or any other aspects of the website and will face full and immediate legal proceedings if Copyright infringement has occurred by individual/groups or any organisations or persons acting solely or in conjunction with other parties. Phantom Candy accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.

Samples:

Samples are sent out upon request to the customer. If the sample(s) is/are not returned within 4 weeks of dispatch or in unacceptable condition the customer must pay for them fully at the standard brochure price.

Substitute Garments:

Phantom Candy will always endeavour to supply any particular garments specified in our brochure. Where these are unavailable, however, we reserve the right to substitute with garments of similar quality or size. This contract was made in London, England with Phantom Candy.

Re-orders:

Re-orders can only be accepted if the customer is able to confirm they have a minimum order of 10 orders and supply a valid reference number.
